My name is Ryan L. Lopez and to the contrary of my last name I am lifelong, born and raised, resident of Lakeland, Florida. A true Lakelander! My father was born in Cuba and my mother in Michigan, which allowed me to experience two separate cultures. I was able to spend many childhood summers in the wilderness and great lakes that Michigan has to offer. To this day, I still make time to visit. After attending Lakeland public schools, I completed a long term Golf Course Operations/Turf Management Internship with the City of Lakeland at their public golf course, Cleveland Heights Golf Course. Within in the scope of keeping life exciting, I took a complete turn and enrolled in the psychological department at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. In the fall of 2008 I was awarded a Bachelors of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences.
I have and always will be intrigued with the aspect of business and the entrepreneurial spirit that comes with business. In 2008 I founded Bellos Transportation, based right here in Lakeland, is a private transportation company that provides transportation within all facets of the industry from limousines to airport shuttles. I also founded and formed BlackStar Vehicles in early 2011 which operates as a high end luxury private transportation provider, which has proven success with client lists that entail Fortune 500 Executive Management, Professional Sports Figures, Prominent Show Business Figures and many more highly cherished and devoted clients. As a citizen and member of this community I was and still am fortunate enough to give back to the community through two charitable organizations that are proudly operated by Bellos Transportation and BlackStar Vehicles. Through “Return the Ride” and “Driving Away Hunger” we have been able to gladly help such organizations as The Polk Museum of Art, Salvation Army, The Outdoor Arts Foundation, Polk County Public Schools, Girls Inc. and many other deserving organizations. While working within the private enterprise sector, I am forever grateful for the experiences, knowledge and community relations that I have attained, in which I plan to use these valuable assets to work with and assist you with your real estate endeavors.
Being a native Floridian, my blood runs thick with salt, which is why I thoroughly enjoy salt water fishing, beach life and of course boating! When and if I do have extra time I enjoy traveling which allows me to experience new cultures, regional foods, learn about lifestyles from region to region and witness how people live differently. Growing up in Lakeland, I can list off every sought-after property, hidden neighborhood and those “one-in-a-million properties” that have been tucked away for years and can’t be turned down. If you are interested in viewing properties through a “walking encyclopedia of Lakeland,” please contact me so we can make your journey to home ownership just as magnificent as your future home.
