22 year educator turned Realtor! Born in Miami and third generation Lakelander. UCF BA in Education and USF Master's in Ed Leadership. As an educator, I worked at elementary, middle and high school levels. For over two decades I served as a teacher, interventionist, parent involvement facilitator, professional development resource and high school dean. I also have two published books of whimsical poetry.
Community and servant leadership has always been a passion of mine. In the past I have served meals for VISTE, been the leader of an Adopt A Lake team, Polk Theater volunteer and I maintained the position of emcee and Master of Ceremonies for Polk Museum's Mayfaire by the Lake for 16 years. Currently, I am serving weekly meals to the homeless at Lighthouse Ministries.
I have three wonderful children who are keeping my life interesting with middle and high school shenanigans. I love college football, coffee shops, music and spending time with my family. Above all, serving as a value and asset to others is my driving force. As a Realtor, I don’t close deals, I open relationships. You’re not a transaction, you’re a lifetime commitment. And as Dave Ramsey succinctly put it, "if you're getting help with real estate, you should always look for a person with the heart of a teacher, not the heart of a salesman".
